Passion & Heart
For Italian sports cars and classic cars. Forever.
A particular approach is essential when selling sports cars and classic cars. It is not simply a commercial transaction. Rather, it is about tapping into taste, passion and a refined sense of classic elegance and original dynamism.
And even though these vehicles aren’t driven all that often, for the automotive connoisseur or ambitious collector, it’s always about something truly special – about owning a driving treasure. To support and convey this, one needs the right background and a passion for the extraordinary. I would be delighted to accompany you on your very own journey to find your unique sports car, an unusual classic car or a special vintage motorbike.
Yours sincerely,
Marc Adelmann
The dream begins
Apprenticeship as a bodywork technician.
1980
Born in 1963, Marc Adelmann spent his school years in Stuttgart. His great enthusiasm for cars began at a very young age and was encouraged by his uncle, who was a car enthusiast and owned a car dealership.
After completing his A-levels, he began an apprenticeship as a bodywork technician in 1981 at an authorised Stuttgart dealership for Lamborghini, Maserati and De Tomaso. Dream cars such as the De Tomaso Mangusta and Pantera, the Lamborghini Countach, as well as the Ferrari 308/328 and Testarossa, sharpened his eye and his sense of aesthetics, design and genuine sports cars …
The Age of Legends
It all began in my childhood
1990
Lamborghini Countach & Diablo, Maserati Biturbo/Spyder & Shamal, DeTomaso Pantera & Longchamp, as well as the Ferrari 550 Maranello and 360 Modena, have shaped his understanding of these Italian makes. His passion for these ‘super-cool cars of the 80s and 90s’ continued to grow …
He remained in Stuttgart until 1998, becoming workshop manager before eventually moving into sales. Major sales successes and numerous test-drive events for these niche brands established him as a recognised specialist in these makes and led to his growing reputation within the industry. Marc Adelmann then moved to Berlin to take up the role of authorised signatory at Sportwagen Mellin.
The ‘Italian’ period
Pure emotion ...
2000
From 1998 to 2003, Marc Adelmann worked as an authorised signatory at Mellin Sportwagen, the authorised Ferrari and Maserati dealer in Berlin; from 2003 to 2011, he served as brand manager for EHRL Gruppo Sportivo, an authorised Maserati dealer and Ferrari service centre.
In 2011, he moved to Lamborghini Berlin am Salzufer as site manager, before setting up his own business in 2012.
These numerous roles and extensive experience have made him a recognised and well-connected expert in sports cars, particularly those from southern Europe. This includes not only the latest models, but also – and especially – genuine classics. The expertise that underpins his independent business began …
By myself & all the time
since 2012
2010
Over time, further opportunities arose to set up his own business. By the end of 2011, the time had finally come: a long-cherished dream had come true!
Given his wealth of experience, his excellent international contacts and his sound technical and commercial training in the automotive sector, it was only natural for Marc Adelmann to set up his own business. Now, almost 10 years on, his idea and concept have proved successful: his great passion, dedication and expertise in Italian and the finest English sports cars and classic cars – such as Aston Martin – have gone down well with his customers, enabling many of them to fulfil their very own dream of taking delivery of a truly special sports car from the hands of a passionate enthusiast …
And the journey continues …
